Archiepiscopal Transferrals

 His Beatitude Gregorios III, Patriarch of Antioch of the Melkite Greek Catholics, with the assent of the Synod of Bishops of the Melkite Greek Catholic Church, has transferred:

• Archbishop George Bacaouni, previously of the archeparchy of Tyre of the Melkite Greek Catholics in Lebanon to the archeparchy of Acre (80,000 laypersons, 36 priests, 36 religious, 4 permanent deacons) in Galilee
• Archbishop Michael Abrass B.A., previously of the patriarchal curia of Antioch of the Melkite Greek Catholics in Lebanon to the archeparchy of Tyre of the Melkite Greek Catholics (3,050 laypersons 8 priests, 6 religious) in Lebanon.
