This two volume set contains the Propers for all the services from Vespers on Sunday evening leading up to (but not including) the Paschal Liturgy. Volume 2 contains Vespers (with and without Divine Liturgy of St. Basil) for Thursday evening, Small Compline and Orthros (Passion Service of the Twelve Gospels) for Great Friday sung on Thursday night, Royal Hours and Typika for Great Friday, Vespers for Great Saturday celebrated Friday evening, Orthros for Great Saturday (Epitaphios Service sung on Friday night), Blessing of the New Light and Vesperal Divine Liturgy of St. Basil, and the Mesonyktikon for Great Saturday. In addition, Volume 2 appendix contains the Office for the Washing of Feet on Holy Thursday. The editions are spiral-bound — designed to lay flat for easy use on cantor's stands.
